About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Rising Stars program. This practicum is for Master's level students currently accruing supervision hours. We offer a structured path toward becoming a BCBA with guaranteed full-time hours and on-site supervision.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with children aged 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting. Your primary responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on patient progress. You will collaborate with BCBAs and other team members. We provide 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules. You are expected to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85 percent).
- All restricted hours must be finished.
- A commitment to excellence and helping children.
