About the role#
This position is for a Master's level student currently accruing supervision hours. You will join the Rising Stars program to gain clinical experience while working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role requires you to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work with children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
