About the role#
This position is for a Master's level student currently working toward their BCBA certification. You will work within our center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old. This role is designed to support your clinical development while you complete your field hours and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master's program related to the field.
- Active status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
