About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a full-time ABA Student Analyst to join our team. This role is designed for those currently working toward their BCBA certification who need to complete their remaining fieldwork hours. We provide a structured environment to gain experience while you work toward sitting for your exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work directly with children between the ages of 18 months and 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs on our team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.

- This is an on-site position.
- The role is full-time with rolling application reviews.
