About the role#
As an intern at ABB, you will gain practical experience by working on various projects at our facility. This role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on supporting our daily operations. You will learn by performing assigned tasks and applying your skills to help us reach our goals. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to support operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by understanding their needs and our product offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other group efforts.
- Seek feedback from your manager and colleagues to grow your skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Industrial, Software, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions using critical thinking.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping high quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to share information and provide project updates.
