About the role#
This role supports the Manufacturing Testing team by working on upcoming vehicle platforms. You will contribute to the first batch of these vehicles by collecting data during the assembly process and performing statistical analysis on the results. This is a part-time contract position designed to complement your academic studies with hands-on professional experience.
What you'll do#
- Execute manufacturing test cases on vehicles.
- Collect data from vehicles as they are being assembled.
- Perform statistical analysis of collected data.
- Develop automated scripts to facilitate data collection and analysis.
- Use root cause analysis to identify potential failures or testing issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Solid understanding of Mathematics and Statistics.
- Familiarity with engineering analysis.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least three months.
- Adherence to company confidentiality requirements regarding proprietary information.
