About the role#
The ASTE team is seeking a student worker to assist with autonomy behavioral validation. This role involves triaging event data to distinguish between actual issues and false positives using provided instructions and analysis tools. You will work directly with the team on ongoing projects to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Triage lists of events by reviewing visualization links of vehicle behavior.
- Perform analysis on identified issues based on specific project instructions.
- Use visualization and analysis tools to evaluate events.
- Provide feedback on each event as requested by the work requestor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. or M.S. program in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in data analysis, analytics, statistics, or applied math.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to commit to a minimum three-month assignment.
- Adherence to company confidentiality requirements regarding proprietary information.

- Compensation: $30 per hour.
