About the role#
As a Material Planning Intern, you will help with the high-level planning and tactical execution required for hardware material readiness. You will work alongside Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Supply Management teams to improve reporting structures, manage vendor interactions, and support the deployment of vehicle systems. This role focuses on the operational foundation that enables global scaling.
What you'll do#
- Maintain Clear to Build (CTB) tracking for vital systems to assist with risk mitigation.
- Create automated reporting and visibility dashboards for part shortages and shipment logistics.
- Evaluate consumption patterns to optimize spares management and propose new stocking methods.
- Build standardized reporting formats for suppliers to track capacity and delivery timelines.
- Improve planning workflows and tools to increase transparency across functional departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in data tools, including advanced Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Skill in translating complex data into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and execute solutions independently.
- Commitment to the company mission and making an impact.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May/June to August/September).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
