About the role#
The Launch & Scale team builds the operating system that brings new sites and partners online. We turn complex dependencies into clear launch plans and repeatable systems. As an intern, you will report to the Director of Launch & Site Operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve how we plan, execute, and learn from launches. You will own a specific project from start to finish, including problem definition, pilot, and final handoff.
What you'll do#
- Organize milestones, dependencies, and risks for integrated launch plans.
- Analyze site-operations data to identify bottlenecks and improve speed or quality.
- Build practical tools like dashboards, playbooks, templates, or lightweight automations.
- Prepare status summaries and decision briefs for readiness reviews.
- Participate in onsite launch activities and translate field observations into process improvements.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and commercial teams to follow up on commitments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in operations, engineering, business, supply chain, data science, or a related field.
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis using tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, Python, or business-intelligence platforms.
- Evidence of following through on a project involving multiple contributors.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
