About the role#
Zeta Charter Schools is hiring a Student Programs & Assessment Associate or Manager for the 2026-2027 school year. This role manages core operational systems for assessment administration and after-school programming. You will lead cross-functional projects and work with the Operations team to maintain high standards across our schools. The specific job title is determined by your experience level.
What you'll do#
- Own and improve operational systems for assessment administration and after-school clubs.
- Lead projects from initial planning through final execution.
- Manage assessment operations including scheduling, materials, proctor coordination, and data analysis.
- Design and refine systems for specialist programming and after-school clubs to ensure equitable access.
- Plan and lead events for students and families to build community and engagement.
- Write clear, proactive communications for staff and families regarding assessments and programs.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and families.
- Create scalable tools and processes to support consistency across school sites.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in people leadership.

- This role is based on-site in New York City, New York.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
