Fall 2026 - Master's Level Paid Internship

About the role#

This is a paid internship opportunity for Master's level students during the Fall 2026 semester. The program provides hands-on experience in a community-based setting, with placements designed to align with your academic practicum requirements and class schedule.

What you'll do#

• Shadow counselors during home- and community-based family sessions.
• Carry a reduced caseload and implement clinical interventions.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Attend weekly individual, team, and clinical consultation meetings to support professional development.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation within an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Provide transportation to various locations as needed.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Master's degree program in a social services discipline, such as social work, psychology, criminal justice, drug and alcohol education, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• A current, valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable automobile for work purposes and proof of auto insurance.
