About the role#

The Young Life Gainesville Yearlong Internship provides training and direct field ministry experience. Interns learn to lead and participate in effective ministry while developing a personal growth plan for their spiritual life. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a rolling term.

What you'll do#

• Lead a team to plan and conduct Young Life club and Campaigners ministry.
• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain consistent donor care practices.
• Manage finances with stewardship, accountability, and transparency.
• Participate in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry engagement.
• Maintain accurate records regarding kids, leaders, and donors.

What you'll need#

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Candidates must subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith and fulfill ministry functions as required by the organization.
