About the role#

Young Life is seeking a Student Staff member to serve in South Jefferson County, Colorado. This role is designed for individuals currently pursuing a college degree who are passionate about spiritual growth and engaging with teenagers. The position involves a mix of direct ministry, leadership development, and administrative responsibilities within the local community.

What you'll do#

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life, including time for solitude, reflection, prayer, and study of God’s Word.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Actively engage in all three levels of contact work and participate in club, Campaigners, and camping strategies.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain consistent communication with donor partners.
• Recruit and train new leaders to build a strong ministry team.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, maintain professionalism in office conduct, and manage time effectively.
• Assist with office administration, expense reporting, and goal setting.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college degree program, with relevant interest in fields such as Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and the ability to serve as a Christian minister.
