About the role#

The NW Tucson NGL Student Staff position is a paid, full-time role based in Tucson, Arizona. This position is designed for students pursuing a college degree who are interested in ministry, leadership development, and spiritual growth. The role operates on a rolling term basis.

What you'll do#

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
• Meet with your volunteer leaders and area leadership on a regular basis.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
• Engage in direct ministry through contact work, club activities, and discipleship.
• Participate in leadership training, team building, and the recruitment of new leaders.
• Assist with office administration, expense reporting, and general ministry support tasks.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and the ability to serve as a representative of the organization's mission.

• Location: Tucson, Arizona.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $14,880 per year for 18 hours per week.
