About the role#

The Chandler NGL Student Staff position is a part-time, paid role designed for students pursuing a college degree. This role focuses on ministry development, leadership, and spiritual growth within the Young Life community.

What you'll do#

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life through prayer and study.
• Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership to discuss ministry progress and development.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain consistent donor care practices.
• Engage in direct ministry activities, including contact work, club, and discipleship programs.
• Participate in team-based leadership to implement camping strategies for the school season and summer.
• Assist with office administration and adhere to organizational policies regarding conduct and time management.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college degree program, with preference for majors such as Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, or Philosophy.
• Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Commitment to the Young Life mission and Statement of Faith.

• Location: Chandler, Arizona.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: 18 hours per week.
• Term: Rolling.
