About the role#
Würth Elektronik is looking for a student to join our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on experience across various HR functions. We understand that your academics come first, so we will work with you to build a schedule that fits your school commitments. This position is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, and may help you fulfill internship-hour requirements for your degree program.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting activities.
- Support onboarding and help create a welcoming experience for new employees.
- Maintain HR records, files, and administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement, learning, or internal communication initiatives.
- Conduct research and assist with HR-related projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- An interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A reliable, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
