About the role#
This internship provides students with corporate experience and insight into our business operations. You will focus on talent management and employee development. Your work involves improving job resources, interview guides, development planning tools, and performance goal frameworks. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives through data analysis and feedback, identify areas for improvement, and help refine corporate learning content.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to professional projects.
- Work independently and with team members to manage multiple overlapping tasks.
- Develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Build relationships across the business to gain industry knowledge.
- Assist with process improvement and provide support to co-workers.
- Present your project findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the program period (May-August 2027).
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, with experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.
