About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide corporate experience within our People Analytics team. You will focus on strengthening workforce planning by analyzing hiring, turnover, and organizational data to identify trends and anticipate talent needs. This role involves validating HR data, creating dashboards, and supporting forecasting models. You will translate your findings into recommendations and present your work to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and future talent needs.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and support reporting automation.
- Validate HR data and conduct quality reviews.
- Support forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Document planning processes and assumptions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for HR and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job projects.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the program period (May-August 2027).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
