About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Wilmington, Delaware. You will work within the Sales Enablement & Learning department to support frontline teams. This role involves contributing to learning and development, communications, change management, and performance initiatives. You will gain exposure to incentive programs, training strategies, and business performance insights while working alongside professionals across various business lines.
What you'll do#
- Support real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing strategies that help associates grow and serve clients.
- Participate in professional development activities and resources.
- Present on research, projects, or operational activities to senior leadership.
- Build your professional network through mentorship, panel discussions, and career conversations.
- Engage with the company culture through volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for the duration of the program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Availability for both in-person and virtual interviews, plus an in-person orientation.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Term: Summer 2027 (early June to mid-August).
- Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time.
