About the role#
This internship provides exposure to Endowment and Foundation services within the wealth management division of Bryn Mawr Trust. You will work alongside advisors and team members to support client meetings and RFP submissions. The program focuses on gaining insight into client needs and industry processes while managing multiple priorities. You will also participate in committee activities and collaborate on various projects throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support client meetings, RFP submissions, and wealth management initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and advisors on diverse projects.
- Participate in committee activities and professional development sessions.
- Meet regularly with mentors to discuss your progress.
- Present on research, projects, or operational activities to senior leadership.
- Engage in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (full-time, 40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Candidates must be available for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation.
