About the role#
Wipfli is hiring for a Tax Internship during the Winter 2028 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Bozeman, Montana. You will work directly with our tax team to support client engagements and gain practical experience in the accounting field.
What you'll do#
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections.
- Gather information from clients to complete required documentation.
- Respond to requests from clients and firm associates.
- Research tax issues and other financial reports.
- Conduct a limited number of tax return interviews.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
- You have completed a corporate or individual taxation course.
- You are working toward the credit requirements to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation.
- You have the ability to prioritize your workload and meet deadlines.

- This role is located in Bozeman, MT.
- This is an on-site position requiring you to work from the office or client sites.
