About the role#
Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for Practice Support Interns to join the Administrative Services Department in the Washington, DC office. This role supports the Associate Resource Center with daily administrative tasks. You will work directly with attorneys and staff to keep office operations running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Type and assemble formal documents and correspondences.
- Handle inbound telephone calls, place conference calls, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Process invoices, manage expenses, and track time entry data using InTapp.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide administrative support while maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associates, undergraduate, or similar degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to build interpersonal relationships.
- Previous office experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Washington, DC.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: This is a yearlong internship requiring three to four days per week during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), totaling at least 20 hours per week.
- Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk for most of the day, work in proximity to others, and lift or carry objects up to 15 lbs.
