About the role#
Williams International is hiring a Cyber Security Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work at our Pontiac, Michigan facility. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Monitor network traffic to identify anomalies.
- Assist the team with vulnerability assessments.
- Help ensure engineering systems meet federal cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST and CMMC.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Cyber Security degree program.
- Junior, senior, or Master's student status with at least 60 completed credit hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
- One to two previous summer internships or co-op experiences in a cyber security environment are preferred.
