About the role#
Williams International is seeking a Program Management Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work within a program management team, receiving direction and guidance from senior staff members to support the administration of customer accounts and contracts.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate estimates, project scope, schedules, and pricing for customer proposals.
- Administer accounts after contract awards to track budgets, manage payments, and handle contract closures.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project and contractual requirements are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours, meaning you have junior, senior, or Master's standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
