About the role#
The Interior Design Intern supports the team with daily projects and special assignments across our community. This position provides exposure to the full process of preparing and maintaining residential spaces. You will gain hands-on experience in a senior living environment while helping with unit access, project research, and resource management. This is a paid, part-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate resident and vendor appointments for both vacant and occupied units.
- Take measurements of units to assist with floorplans and space planning.
- Shadow team members during appointments and projects.
- Research and locate materials, products, and items for upcoming work.
- Organize and maintain inventories of furnishings, décor, samples, and storage areas.
- Assist with filing paperwork and general project documentation.
- Provide support to the Interior Design team on special projects as needed.
