About the role#
This summer 2027 internship provides students with hands-on experience in plant manufacturing. You will work within our safety and environmental departments to gain practical training and insight into our daily operations. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Calvert City, Kentucky.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned projects under the guidance of a mentor or supervisor.
- Observe the daily activities of your assigned unit.
- Help your mentor with routine tasks.
- Take part in safety and environmental programs.
- Keep a journal of your work and activities throughout the summer.
- Give a presentation to the management team at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an active college student.
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- A major in Health, Safety, and Environmental studies.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
