About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based at our facility in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site during the summer of 2027, specifically from May through August. You will report to the Senior Quality Manager and assist with various engineering tasks to support plant objectives.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and report data to improve product quality and process performance.
- Work with internal teams to investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Use statistical methods and data analytics to identify trends and monitor process performance.
- Help develop and review quality documentation, such as inspection plans, work instructions, and engineering change reports.
- Participate in root cause investigations and nonconformance evaluations.
- Present technical findings and quality metrics to engineering and operations teams.
- Take on additional quality engineering projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- You have completed your sophomore year of college.
