About the role#
As a Project Analyst intern, you will manage master data within SAP and handle administrative tasks for team member assignments and contract details. You will support payroll processing and invoice creation while reporting to the Outage Support Services Manager. This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage master data in SAP and maintain contract details.
- Assist with Bid to Bank functionality, including reviewing Sales Orders and Releases.
- Create and manage Project Systems.
- Set up and release Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts.
- Support invoice reconciliation and process troubleshooting.
- Identify root causes for issues to support continuous improvement.
- Resolve EP1 system and process issues.
- Engage with the team to share resources and promote a culture of cooperation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.
- Familiarity with basic accounting terms and formulas.
- Interest in data management, analytics, and working in a support organization, such as a help desk or shared services team.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Compensation: $23.00 to $26.30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
