About the role#
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is hiring an HR Intern to support our human resources team. This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and assist with daily administrative operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage HR documentation, including scanning, filing, and digitizing records.
- Maintain employee files through archiving and e-filing data.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, correspondence, and schedules.
- Create and proofread documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the HR manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information while following company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly with minimal supervision.

- This role is located on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
- The position is full-time and follows a rolling term.
