About the role#
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and is based on-site in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with HR documentation, including filing, scanning, and the digitization of files.
- Support HR automations and maintain employee file records through archiving and e-filing data.
- Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, and schedules.
- Prepare and proofread documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant post-secondary program, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with a commitment to handling confidential information according to policy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently, self-motivation, and a customer service orientation.
