About the role#
Wealth Enhancement is seeking an intern for our Brentwood, Tennessee office. This role offers hands-on experience in wealth management, supporting both client service and operational functions. You will work alongside financial advisors and team members to assist with client reviews, account administration, and business initiatives. This position is a paid, full-time opportunity for students interested in a career in financial planning or advisory operations.
What you'll do#
- Gather client data and materials to prepare for client reviews.
- Assemble client review packets for the advisory team.
- Update client background and financial information in Salesforce.
- Scan and upload documents into the Salesforce cloud.
- Conduct data integrity audits across various software systems.
- Support the team with ad hoc office management and administrative projects.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college or university degree program.
- Preference for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
