About the role#
We are looking for a Corporate Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Holstein, Iowa. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date. You will support our marketing and sales departments with day-to-day operations and project execution.
What you'll do#
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing data, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Assist with large-scale marketing projects and collaborate with internal teams to increase product exposure.
- Identify retail display pieces and contribute ideas for experimental marketing programs.
- Monitor active campaigns and help develop strategies for improvement.
- Analyze customer questionnaires to better understand their needs.
- Distribute approved communications and complete other assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently entering your Junior or Senior year of college.
- You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Pack Office, and Google Drive tools.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and maintain a respectful attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- You are able to follow our company Code of Conduct and Attendance Policy.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Holstein, Iowa.
- You must be able to sit for long periods, use a computer, and walk throughout our facilities.
- The role requires occasional light lifting up to 25 pounds and the ability to travel between company facilities.
