About the role#
The Medicare Sales Support Intern will gain practical experience in sales support, client service, and administrative operations. You will help our Medicare team prepare for and support clients during the Annual Enrollment Period. This role is suited for a student or early-career professional interested in learning how a client-focused sales team operates.
What you'll do#
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars during the high-volume enrollment season.
- Monitor and respond to voicemail follow-up needs to ensure timely communication.
- Use the Redtail system to manage referral flow and support team organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, application submission, document tracking, and workflow support.
- Partner with Sales Consultants and team members on additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are a current student or early-career candidate interested in business, sales, client service, financial services, or healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details accurately.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- A willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems.
- You are dependable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive client-related work with professionalism.

- Pay: 17.30 dollars per hour.
