About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Brampton for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will help bring our brand, technologies, and services to market. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to marketing campaigns, content creation, and communications initiatives while collaborating with our sales, engineering, and global marketing teams.
What you'll do#
- Promote Victaulic value propositions and develop awareness campaigns that align with sales strategies.
- Create content including case studies, testimonials, social media posts, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Update project references and assist in building product displays or sample kits.
- Support tradeshows and various events.
- Coordinate with external vendors like agencies, photographers, and printers.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to assist with integrated marketing programs.
- Identify ways to improve internal marketing processes.
- Develop market-specific tools while ensuring all work meets corporate graphic standards.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a 3rd-year student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Ability to show examples of your work in content creation, storytelling, or campaign support.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative on projects.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- High attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your tasks.
- Natural curiosity and the ability to learn new processes and products quickly.
