About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Phoenix. This is a paid, part-time position requiring approximately 25 hours per week. You will split your time between our office and local retail properties. You will work under the supervision of the Regional Marketing Director and various managers.
What you'll do#
- Help implement annual marketing plans for our projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with our property teams through clear communication.
- Coordinate and schedule project events alongside project and vendor teams.
- Support our digital marketing efforts across social media, our website, and email channels.
- Assist with the production of on-site marketing materials and advertisements.
- Manage tenant and business relations to support their marketing campaigns and promotional sales.
- Complete special research and marketing assignments as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or Senior at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Your major is Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- You have completed intermediate marketing coursework.
- You maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business products and industry-standard marketing software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
