About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time internship for Summer 2027 within the Verizon Consumer Group. You will work on real-time projects that support our Customer Go To Channel Operations organization. This role is based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and operates on a hybrid schedule with both remote and in-office days.
What you'll do#
- Support channel readiness and go-to-market execution for new product launches, promotions, and rate plan changes.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Training, and Technology teams.
- Translate offer details into clear operational workflows.
- Track post-launch channel performance metrics and gather feedback from front-line teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- In good academic standing.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time for the 10-week duration.
- Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary.
- Experience with AI tools including Gemini, Claude, or NotebookLM.
- Expertise in designing end-to-end customer or user journeys.
- Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional projects using data-backed reasoning and process simplification.
- Familiarity with retail, digital, or customer service operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
