About the role#
VelocityEHS is hiring a Customer Experience Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position running for 14 to 16 weeks between January and April 2027. You will work within the Customer Experience department to support projects that improve worker safety and sustainability outcomes. You will receive guidance from a manager and a mentor throughout your term.
What you'll do#
- Streamline department processes and execute key deliverables.
- Collaborate across Services, Success, and Support teams.
- Manage and maintain projects with varying timelines and routine requirements.
- Participate in onboarding and cross-functional exposure initiatives.
- Engage in regular check-ins, goal setting, and stakeholder interactions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Computer Engineering, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Location & details#
This role is fully remote for candidates residing in Canada or the United States. A hybrid work option is available for those interested in working from the office in Oakville, Ontario. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.
