About the role#
As a Field Marketing Intern, you will support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and sales alignment. This role provides hands-on experience in event marketing, account-based programs, and cross-functional coordination with sales and partner teams. You will gain exposure to how marketing influences revenue through in-market activities and targeted campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning and execution of field marketing programs such as executive dinners, regional events, trade shows, and partner activations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue research, vendor coordination, attendee tracking, and on-site support.
- Manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event follow-ups.
- Work with regional sales teams to support account targeting, invite strategies, and attendee prioritization.
- Coordinate joint programs with partners to drive pipeline and relationship building.
- Track sales follow-up actions and support post-event engagement efforts.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns tied to regional programs and key accounts.
- Assist with segmentation lists, invitation tracking, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Ensure messaging aligns with regional priorities and audience needs.
- Conduct research on local markets, industry events, and competitive activity to inform field programs.
- Compile attendee insights, event performance metrics, and pipeline influence data.
- Prepare summaries for regional and leadership reviews.
- Create event briefs, internal planning documents, and presentations for field programs.
- Maintain regional marketing assets and ensure materials are current and accessible.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in event marketing, sales alignment, or customer engagement strategies.
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
- The pay range for this position is $20 to $25 USD per hour.
- Benefits include paid company holidays, a tech stipend for workspace setup, and 8 hours of paid volunteer time.
