About the role#
As a Compensation Intern, you will join the People & Culture team to simplify compensation data, processes, and insights. You will work alongside compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to address pay-related challenges. This role involves analyzing information and translating your findings into clear, practical recommendations for the business.
What you'll do#
- Own a meaningful project within the People & Culture team.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand complex business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use data and AI-enabled tools to develop creative solutions.
- Test and implement your recommendations to support the organization.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented work ethic and solid data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- A high-energy, self-starter approach.
- A willingness to learn about technology.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
- Compensation is between $20 and $25 per hour.
- Benefits include paid company holidays, a tech stipend, and 8 hours of paid volunteer time.
