About the role#
The Supply Chain internship is a full-time, on-site position based in El Segundo, California. This role runs from January to May 2027. You will work on a collaborative team to manage the movement of goods, services, and information. This position is open to students currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Data Science.
What you'll do#
- Improve the flow of materials from receiving to kitting and internal use.
- Define and audit quality requirements with suppliers.
- Source and lead RFQ efforts while negotiating with suppliers.
- Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to support supply chain decision-making.
- Improve lead time accuracy and BOM completeness to support our MRP system.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn new technical or operational concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics.
