About the role#
The MBA Intern supports the North America Brand Marketing Team to drive brand and business growth. You will use analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities that improve customer relevance and brand performance. This position offers exposure to strategic marketing decisions and senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate market, category, consumer, and competitive trends.
- Translate business objectives into marketing priorities and initiatives.
- Conduct structured analysis of market information and synthesize findings into clear implications.
- Analyze marketing and business performance to develop fact-based assessments.
- Partner with Finance and other cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Insights to evaluate opportunities.
- Help plan and develop brand marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Create executive-ready presentations and present recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- A completed bachelors degree.
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Lexington, KY.
