About the role#
The Pathways Launch Internship Program is a 3-month summer experience designed to help students start careers in the golf, sports, hospitality, and entertainment industries. This program places interns at various partner organizations to gain hands-on experience and build professional networks. It is a full-time, paid program that includes housing and travel support.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to roles in marketing, business operations, golf operations, finance, data analytics, supply chain management, communications, ticketing, or merchandise.
- Participate in professional development sessions and receive coaching.
- Engage in designated mentorship and facilitated networking opportunities.
- Complete assigned projects throughout the duration of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate upperclassman or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated maturity, dependability, integrity, and initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team environment that values respect for differences and constructive feedback.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a professional setting.
- An interest in pursuing a career in golf or the broader sports and entertainment industries. Golf knowledge is preferred but not required.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May/June through July/August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Locations: Placements are available in California, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
