About the role#
The Pathways Launch Internship Program is a summer initiative designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the golf, sports, hospitality, and entertainment industries. This program places interns with prominent organizations across the industry to build professional skills through mentorship and project work. You will join a community of peers and receive coaching to support your career development.
What you'll do#
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Engage in designated mentorship.

- Collaborate with participating organizations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program (rising junior or above) or a graduate program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated maturity, dependability, integrity, and initiative to learn.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to a work environment that emphasizes teamwork and respect.
- Interest in golf, sports, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Appetite for future leadership roles.
- Knowledge of golf is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
- Locations: Placements are available in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
- Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.
