About the role#
The Pathways Launch Internship Program is a 3-month experience designed to build the next generation of leaders in the golf industry. You will work with partner organizations to develop hard skills, receive mentorship, and prepare for future career opportunities. The program emphasizes professional growth through project work and networking with industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with participating organizations across the golf and sports industry.
- Complete specific projects tailored to your placement area.
- Participate in professional development sessions and coaching.
- Build your professional network by connecting with industry leaders.
- Focus on career preparation and leadership development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (rising junior or above) or a graduate program.
- Ability to demonstrate maturity, dependability, integrity, and an initiative to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- No prior experience working in golf is required for most opportunities.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Kinesiology, Public Health, Sociology, and Psychology.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship program.
- The role is based in Bernards, New Jersey, though placements may vary by organization.
