Omnify EDI Intern

About the role#

The Omnify EDI Intern will support the Omnify team on priority projects, including EDI procedures, data analysis, and administrative tasks. This role focuses on gaining hands-on experience in employee benefits while delivering tangible project outcomes. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship requiring a commitment of 60 days.

What you'll do#

• Document all processes for EDI clients and create procedures for unique employer scenarios.
• Complete analysis and statistical research to support projections of growth and profitability.
• Conduct research and review of XML files to assist with team growth.
• Adhere to bank policies, laws, and regulations, including completing compliance training.
• Report compliance issues and violations in accordance with bank policies.
• Perform additional job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current college student, ideally pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
• Prior experience in EDI, research, and data analytics is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Valid Nebraska driver's license.
