About the role#
The IT Intern works under the direction of a full-time staff member to handle various network and development projects. This is a paid, full-time, hourly position that requires working on-site at our office.
What you'll do#
- Improve business processes by finding efficient IT system solutions.
- Provide Tier II support, including bug fixes and documentation updates.
- Help users design and manage reports.
- Create training materials and documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions for new and existing users.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong technical skills and a solid grasp of problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of AD, networking, and PC setup or programming languages.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team.
