About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027. You will work across service operations, project coordination, and account management. The program includes orientation, job walks, and a community service event. You will work alongside our team to gain practical knowledge in mechanical, HVAC, controls, and plumbing contracting.
What you'll do#
- Assist Operations Managers, Project Managers, Sales Account Managers, and Estimators with daily tasks.
- Collaborate with Field Leadership and Central Support Services to schedule and complete service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Gain hands-on experience in project set-ups, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Attend project kick-off meetings.
- Draft project proposals, review scopes, and track project progress.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintenance contracts.
- Manage long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor project progress to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for engineering, business, or construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A self-motivated approach and interest in the mechanical service industry.

- Location: Westminster, Colorado.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $18 to $23 per hour.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
