About the role#
This is a year-round internship focused on UX design and research at Tyson Foods. You will work on-site in Springdale, Arkansas, supporting our AI Enablement efforts. We look for students who want to gain hands-on experience and develop critical professional skills while contributing to real projects.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- You are an incoming junior, senior, or higher education student with at least one semester of school remaining.
- We prefer a degree in Information Systems, though UX experience is a nice to have.
- You have strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel.
- You are comfortable utilizing AI tools.
- You are a motivated self-starter who can multitask and work well with others.
- Your major should be in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
