Sales Strategy & Planning Year-Round Intern

About the role#

The Sales Strategy & Planning Intern supports the CS&E team with sales activation activities and the execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This year-round position offers exposure to Sales, Business Unit, Innovation, and Supply Chain functions while reporting to the Innovation CS&E Manager.

What you'll do#

• Maintain internal reports using Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other internal systems.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, product samples, and product cuttings.
• Support the broader CS&E team with project needs and ad hoc requests.
• Work toward the team’s attainment of business goals.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or MBA student with at least one year of school remaining.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous work experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Location & details#

• Location: Springdale, Arkansas (must reside within a 60-mile radius of the corporate office).
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer; part-time (20 hours per week) during the school year.
• Status: Paid internship.
