About the role#
The Ecosystem Engineer Co-op will help translate complex platform capabilities into compelling demo experiences. This role involves building concepts, maintaining hardware, and creating content that helps others understand the value of the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product Education to deliver effective technical demonstrations.
What you'll do#
- Create demo concepts and build AI-centric tools based on platform capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of demos that showcase product value.
- Set up and troubleshoot demo hardware, including sensors and network configurations.
- Develop technical documentation and step-by-step walkthroughs for demo environments.
- Contribute to video content that communicates product capabilities.
- Coordinate tasks across concurrent projects to keep deliverables on track.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered code development tools.
- Comfort working with hardware, including assembly and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to create technical demos or content with clear storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Somerville, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires 3+ days per week in the office).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour.
