About the role#
This internship provides exposure to both field and office operations at Trio Electric. The program lasts 10 to 12 weeks based on your school schedule. You will work alongside Project Managers to help keep construction projects on track. This role supports multiple projects at the same time.
What you'll do#
- Manage data, communications, and approvals between owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain document and project control systems.
- Attend project meetings to track information and handle administrative tasks.
- Track and document contractor requirements regarding safety, equipment, and performance.
- Assist with project closeout procedures.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work at job sites and travel to different project locations.
- Strong organization skills to coordinate multiple teams.
- Interest in communicating with a variety of people.
- A drive to perform at a high level.
- A basic understanding of the construction life cycle from bid to completion is preferred.
